The role requires 5+ years in high-volume skilled labor recruiting, ATS management, and MS Office proficiency; bilingual English/Spanish or English/Polish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD or related field required.
• 5+ years of high-volume skilled labor recruiting experience in competitive markets.
• Experience with ATS management and implementation preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual English and Spanish and/or English and Polish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades positions from requisition to offer.
• Ensure EEO and employment law compliance throughout posting, interviewing, screening, and hiring.
• Develop recruiting strategies and source vendors to attract candidates.
• Collaborate with HR leadership and marketing to align recruitment messaging.
• Represent the company at trade schools, job fairs and industry events.
• Track requisition status, time-to-fill, source-of-hire and recruitment metrics.
