Job summary

Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Skilled Labor Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for skilled trades, partnering with operational leaders to build strong pipelines. The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, candidate experience, and compliance across the hiring process.

Primary location is Bedford Park, IL, with travel to other sites as needed. The compensation range is $70,000 to $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications, reflecting market demand for skilled

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development or related field.
• 5+ years of high-volume skilled labor recruiting experience in a competitive market.
• Prior experience managing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Intermediate experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual English and Spanish and/or English and Polish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades positions.
• Ensure EEO and employment law compliance throughout the process.
• Develop recruiting strategies and source vendors and resources.
• Partner with HR leadership and marketing for recruitment kits and messaging.
• Represent company at trade schools, job fairs, and events.
• Track requisition status, time-to-fill, source-of-hire, and pipeline metrics.
