The role emphasizes compliance, full-cycle recruitment, collaboration with HR and marketing, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience from application through onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field is required.
• 5+ years of high-volume skilled labor recruiting experience in comparable market.
• Prior experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and implementation preferred.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual English and Spanish and/ or English and Polish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades positions, from requisition to offer.
• Ensure EEO and employment law compliance throughout posting, interviewing, screening, and hiring.
• Develop recruiting strategies and actively source vendors and resources to find qualified candidates.
• Partner with HR leadership and marketing to ensure recruitment kits and messaging fit labor roles.
• Promote company culture, benefits, training programs, and career growth.
