Job summary

RESPEC seeks a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in multiple locations including Colorado Springs, CO and Denver, CO. The HRBP partners with market sectors to align HR and business strategy and drives workforce planning, leadership development, and engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of HR experience with HRBP responsibilities, strong business partnering skills, and professional certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of broad HR experience with progressive HRBP responsibilities.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and champion effective leadership and change.
• Proven business partnership skills across market sectors.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR partnership and guidance to leaders and employees on strategic and tactical issues.
• Improve work relationships, engagement, productivity and retention.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues and investigations.
• Coach managers on performance, development and talent management.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design and change initiatives.
• Coordinate internship programs and other internal HR programs.
