Job summary

RESPEC seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at one of several U.S. locations, including San Antonio, TX.

The HRBP partners with market sectors to align HR and business strategy, advising senior leaders and driving workforce planning and organizational design initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of HR experience, a related bachelor’s or master’s degree, and HR certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• 5–10 years of broad HR experience with HRBP exposure advising senior leaders.
• Strong integrity and mature business judgement.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR partnership and build effective relationships with leaders and employees to advise on strategic and tactical HR issues.
• Work with management to improve engagement, productivity, and retention.
• Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
• Drive workforce planning and organizational design initiatives.
• Lead internal programs (e.g., internship program) and strategic projects; travel as needed.
