Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking a strategic HRBP and Workforce Relations professional to support a major client engagement in a fast-paced environment. You will advise on employee relations, performance issues, and policy interpretations while ensuring compliance across labor laws and company policies.

The role emphasizes partnering with internal and client stakeholders to optimize workforce processes, mitigate risk, and drive effective HR solutions for contingent workforce populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP and/or employee relations roles.
• Experience supporting contingent workforce populations or staffing/project environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, wage-and-hour regulations, and ER best practices.
• Experience managing complex employee relations escalations and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR partner to engagement teams supporting contingent workforce.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance and workplace escalations.
• Partner with client stakeholders to ensure compliant, fair workforce practices.
• Drive workforce optimization strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage escalations and investigations with risk-informed recommendations.
• Coach teams on ER practices and documentation; deliver trainings on compliance.
