Kelly is seeking a Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant to serve as a strategic workforce advisor supporting contingent labor programs. This role partners with hiring managers, suppliers, recruiting teams, HR, Finance, Security, and other stakeholders to manage the full lifecycle of contingent workers from planning through onboarding, assignment management, invoicing, and offboarding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in MSP, contingent workforce management, staffing, recruiting, HR operations, workforce administration, or customer service.
• Experience supporting hiring managers, suppliers, and recruiting teams in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience managing requisitions, onboarding, workforce reporting, interviews, work orders, payroll issues, and operational escalations.
• Strong experience managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Demonstrated experience working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Lead workforce planning and ensure sourcing strategies align with business needs.
• Define job requirements, interview processes, onboarding expectations, and hiring timelines with hiring managers.
• Create and manage job postings, onboarding activities, extensions, conversions, and assignment ends.
• Coordinate orientations, start dates, interviews, and worker onboarding activities.
• Maintain workforce tracking documents, headcount reports, and ramp projections.
• Monitor requisitions and candidate pipelines to ensure SLA compliance.
• Review resumes and shortlist qualified candidates based on business needs.
• Conduct market rate analysis and advise on compensation competitiveness.
• Support payroll activities, timesheet corrections, invoice research, and billing issue resolution.
• Provide proactive communication to stakeholders regarding hiring progress and risks.
