Qualifications

• 7 years of program management experience.
• 3 years of P&L and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage deployment and daily activities for a major client or several smaller clients.
• Oversee program management planning, execution and reporting.
• Hires, trains and manages staff to established performance expectations.
• Manages P&L to achieve program financial goals; review forecasts and budgets.
• Develops key client relationships to ensure satisfaction and potential extensions.
• Drives Account Management strategy and collaborates with Program Teams to grow business.
• Meets or exceeds all SLAs/KPIs and conducts Quarterly Business Reviews.
