Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist role.
• Must reside within commuting distance to Brea, CA; this is a full-time role and not hybrid or remote.

Responsibilities

• Align people strategies with business objectives for Commercial leaders.
• Coach leaders on talent management, leadership development and performance.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, and risk mitigation.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning and development planning.
• Identify, develop and retain high-potential talent through coaching and internal mobility.
• Analyze workforce metrics to identify risks and opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Support organizational design and headcount discussions to meet business needs.
• Act as a change agent through organizational changes and integrations.
• Collaborate to deliver employee engagement initiatives and leadership discussions.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition for recruiting strategies for key Commercial roles.
• Facilitate HR training and calibration sessions to reinforce priorities.
