Job summary

Qcells North America is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with leaders on HR strategy. This onsite role supports Irvine, CA or San Francisco, CA offices and requires strong communication, problem-solving, and employee relations skillsets.

The HRBP will drive talent management, performance, and organizational effectiveness, while ensuring compliance with labor laws. Experience with Workday and MS Office 365 is preferred, with a proactive, organized mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• 5+ years of HR business partnering experience with strategic focus.
• Knowledge of labor laws, compliance and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to leaders on talent management, performance, org effectiveness and HR policies.
• Collaborate to implement HR strategies aligning with business objectives.
• Conduct investigations into complaints and ensure compliant resolutions.
• Develop relationships across all levels and partner with legal and talent teams.
• Lead HR projects including design, change management and development.
• Coach managers on HR best practices and training needs.
• Work with HR Operations to fulfill employee-related requests.
