Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience supporting multi-unit, geographically dispersed operations strongly preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, hospitality, fitness, or other high-volume fields preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline preferred; SHRM/HRCI certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations leadership to align HR strategies with market and business priorities.
• Assess staffing needs, workforce trends, talent priorities, and organizational challenges with senior Operations leaders.
• Provide HR guidance and coaching to field leaders on talent, performance, engagement, and workforce planning.
• Serve as liaison between field Operations and corporate HR/Support functions.
• Maintain staffing levels; support succession and internal promotions; onboarding for managers.
