Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, retail, or high-volume service environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR leadership across the California market in alignment with corporate HR.
• Coach field Operations leadership on talent, performance, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to market leadership and partner with corporate HR and support functions.
• Manage employee-relations matters and ensure compliant, consistent HR practices.
