Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Consultant to prospect and sell Solvo products and services to organizations. You will clearly explain staffing and BPO benefits, manage forecasting, account strategy, and planning to drive growth.

You will develop short and long-term sales plans, build strong client relationships, use Salesforce to track activities, and support renewal proposals while traveling domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years of B2B sales in payroll, HCM, PEO or BPO.
• Proven ability to meet sales quotas and forecast effectively.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within designated territory.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Develop lead generation strategies and use CRM to track activities.
• Prepare renewal proposals and client presentations.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
