Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Consultant to prospect and sell Solvo products and services to organizations. You will forecast, allocate resources, and plan sales strategies to increase volume and margins. Expect ongoing training and occasional travel.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in BPO or payroll/HCM sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools. This is an on-site role with global reach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• At least two years' progressive sales experience in BPO/HCM/payroll domain
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities in designated territory
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas
• Develop sales strategies and account plans to grow revenue
• Prepare executive summaries for client presentations
• Use CRM to track activities and manage renewals
• Travel domestically and internationally as required
