Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a proactive Business Consultant in the Miami, FL area to prospect and sell Solvo products and services for staffing and BPO solutions. You will forecast, plan accounts, and develop short- and long-term sales strategies to grow revenue and margins.

Required are 2+ years of B2B sales in payroll/HCM/PEO/BPO, strong negotiation and closing skills, and experience using Salesforce. Domestic and occasional international travel will be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education preferred.
• At least two years' progressive sales experience with payroll, HCM, PEO, or BPO type B2B sales.

Responsabilités

• Generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Develop sales strategies and use CRM (Salesforce) to track activities.
• Prepare renewal proposals and client presentations.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed for meetings and events.
