Vensure Employer Solutions in Ohio seeks a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, channel partners, and self-generated leads. You will own the full sales cycle, negotiate pricing, and finalize client service agreements while maintaining a robust pipeline.

The role requires frequent domestic travel to client sites and events. Candidates should have strong negotiation, communication, and CRM skills, plus experience with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within designated territory.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
• Negotiate pricing and terms of client service agreements.
• Manage post-sale and implementation activities.
• Travel domestically to client sites and events as required.
