Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is hiring a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities in Raleigh, NC. This on-site role will own the full sales cycle, negotiate terms, and drive revenue growth within a dynamic, global context.

The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, CRM experience (Salesforce), and a proven track record in meeting sales quotas while maintaining client relationships and accurate forecasting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; minimum two years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) preferred.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills; ability to manage the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Maintain ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale activities.
• Manage and update the sales pipeline and forecast; meet monthly/quarterly quotas.
• Schedule and conduct regular client meetings during implementation; deliver executive summaries.
• Travel domestically as needed to attend client visits, conferences, and trainings.
