Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for our ADP Comprehensive Services® business. You will close new business within a defined territory and represent a trusted HR brand with award-winning training to help organizations solve HR challenges through ADP's solutions.

You'll drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, assess client needs across HR, payroll, benefits, and talent management, and collaborate with internal partners to expand within current accounts.

• Utilize multi-channel prospecting techniques to engage decision-makers and secure qualified appointments.
• Collaborate with internal ADP partners to cross-sell and expand within current accounts.
• Act as a consultative partner who understands client challenges and connects them to meaningful outcomes.
