Job summary

Asure Software Inc. is seeking an HR Sales Executive in Nashville to build and maintain business relationships with new clients, focusing on HR sales consulting. You will prospect, nurture connections, and conduct demos to close new business.

Requirements include 3+ years in HCM/HR consulting sales, 1–3 years in quota-driven roles, and experience selling SaaS solutions. This role reports to the Sales team and offers uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3 years of HCM/HR consulting sales experience required.
1–3 years of experience in a quota-driven sales environment.
Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Proven relationship building and client service skills.
Ambitious, positive attitude, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop prospects through curated lists, self-generated opportunities, and business development sales activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers.
Utilize and become an expert in our sales tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, Sales Loft/outreach, Gong.io, LinkedIn Navigator.
Manage a robust sales funnel to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
Leverage Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services-related activities.
