Job summary

Asure Software is seeking an HCM Sales Executive to build relationships with new prospects and existing clients, driving revenue opportunities for the HCM platform.

You will lead discovery calls and demos, negotiate deals, and manage a robust sales funnel using Salesforce, GoToMeeting, Webex or similar tools. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in consultative HR/Payroll software sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of consultative software sales experience.
• Experience selling Payroll and/or HR software solutions.
• Experience with SaaS products and territory management.
• Proficient in Salesforce.com and virtual selling tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new prospects within defined territory through self-generation and networking.
• Profile existing clientele to cultivate new revenue opportunities and expand the Asure solution scope.
• Develop relationships with CPAs, banks, financial advisors, and brokers to penetrate the market.
• Create high-impact presentations and demonstrate the value of Asure solutions.
• Maintain a robust sales funnel to meet or exceed monthly and annual quotas.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM to report on sales and client services activities.
