Job summary

Asure Software is seeking an HR Sales Executive in Nashville to build and maintain business relationships with new clients, focusing on HR Sales Consulting. You will prospect, nurture, connect with referral sources, and demonstrate our SaaS HR solutions to close new business.

The role requires 3 years of HCM HR consulting sales, 1–3 years in a quota-driven environment, and experience with SaaS. A strong network and proactive attitude are essential for success in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of Human Capital Management (HCM) specifically HR consulting sales experience required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a quota-driven sales environment.
• Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven relationship building and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop prospects through curated lists, self-generated opportunities, and business development sales activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers.
• Utilize and become an expert in our sales tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, Sales Loft/outreach, Gong.io, LinkedIn Navigator.
• Manage a robust sales funnel to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services-related activities.
