Asure Software is seeking an HCM Sales Executive in the United States (Nashville area) to build relationships with new prospects and current clients, driving revenue for our HCM platform. You will work with Payroll & HR solutions and related services across a defined territory.

The role requires consultative software sales experience, strong presentation skills, and a driven, team-oriented mindset. A valid U.S.

Formación

• 3+ years of consultative software sales experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience selling payroll, HR or related software/services.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing multiple sales engagements.
• Proven relationship-building and client service skills.
• Proven ability to manage a territory and deliver results.
• Experience with Salesforce and virtual selling tools.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new prospects within defined territory.
• Profile and penetrate existing Asure clientele to cultivate new revenue opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with CPAs, banks, financial advisors, and brokers.
• Create high-impact presentations highlighting the benefits of Asure solutions.
• Develop and manage a robust sales funnel to meet quotas.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM to report on activities.
• Engage in continuous learning to understand industry trends and AI tools.
