Job summary

Asure Software Inc. is seeking an HR Sales Executive in Nashville to build and maintain business relationships with new clients, focusing on HR sales consulting. You will prospect, nurture connections, and conduct demos to close new business.

Requirements include 3+ years in HCM/HR consulting sales, 1–3 years in quota-driven roles, and experience selling SaaS solutions. This role reports to the Sales team and offers uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop prospects through curated lists, self-generated opportunities, and business development sales activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers.
• Utilize and become an expert in our sales tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, Sales Loft/outreach, Gong.io, LinkedIn Navigator.
• Manage a robust sales funnel to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services-related activities.

How you will contribute

Our HR Sales Executive is pivotal in building and maintaining business relationships with new clients, with a focus on HR Sales Consulting. This role involves business-to-business prospecting, nurturing existing relationships, building new connections, and conducting demos and discovery calls to close new business.

Compensation

The on-target earning (OTE) for this position is $$135,000 - $145,000 based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge. The compensation package includes an uncapped commission structure. Asure Software offers a variety of employee benefits. Salary information is determined by market location and is provided in accordance with state and local pay-transparency laws.
