Job summary

Asure Software is seeking an HR Sales Executive in the United States to build and maintain business relationships, conduct demos and discovery calls, and close new HR consulting SaaS business. You will prospect using curated lists, nurture referrals, and manage a full sales funnel to meet quotas.

The role leverages Salesforce and HubSpot tools, with an uncapped commission structure and comprehensive benefits. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and 3 years of HCM sales experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years of Human Capital Management (HCM) specifically HR consulting sales experience required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a quota-driven sales environment.
• Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven relationship building and client service skills.
• Ambitious, positive attitude, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop prospects through curated lists, self-generated opportunities, and business development sales activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers.
• Utilize and become an expert in our sales tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, Sales Loft/outreach, Gong.io, LinkedIn Navigator.
• Manage a robust sales funnel to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services-related activities.
