Job summary

PrismHR is seeking a Product Consultant to join the Professional Services team, responsible for implementing new customers and guiding existing customers on payroll, benefits and HR software. The role requires industry knowledge of PEO/ASO/Staffing and a technical background to deliver best-practice guidance.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
• Experience defining and documenting workflows and project requirements.
• Prior implementation experience in payroll/HR software is a plus.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship to understand business requirements and guide implementation of PrismHR solutions.
• Document requirements using functional design documents and statements of work.
• Maintain all project documentation and notes with the customer project.
• Communicate status regularly with management and customers.
• Independently manage multiple projects and ensure quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to build robust solutions.
• Design and execute complex data/process merges and customer workflows.
• Deliver presentations to customers at PrismHR events and meetings.
