Job summary

Air seeks an experienced Implementation Manager to drive robust software adoption across Air's SaaS user base and to lead a team of Implementation Engineers. You will define and optimize user engagement, own deployments, provide surge support, and align with Engagement Managers and Sales on strategies and renewals.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science, building strong relationships, tracking performance, and delivering outcomes.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Five+ years in customer success, public sector SaaS, or similar.
• Experience leading Implementation Engineers.
• Security clearance a plus or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and lead a team of Implementation Engineers.
• Plan resources, monitor progress, and inform stakeholders during deployments.
• Drive user adoption and align with account strategies.
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers, Product, and Sales.
• Lead renewal, expansion, and reduce churn.
• Travel up to 50% to client sites.
