Job summary

Avature is seeking a customer-facing Implementation Project Manager to lead software deployments for large multinational and government clients. You will coordinate scope, timelines, and resources, ensuring quality and alignment with client needs.

Responsibilities include workshops, business analysis, data migration coordination, and collaboration with product and engineering teams. Willingness to obtain US government clearance and work in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software implementation projects of varying complexity, preferably SaaS or HR software.
• Experience configuring and supporting SaaS systems as a business systems analyst or system administrator.
• Willing and eligible to be sponsored for US government security clearance (clearance requirements vary by customer).
• Permanent residency in the United States (US citizenship).
• Experience working with US government or federal customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take a leading role in customer-facing implementation of strategic HR projects for multinational and government clients.
• Analyze business needs and contribute to Avature’s commercial strategy.
• Collaborate with product design to enhance knowledge base of best practice designs.
• Guarantee top quality implementations and ensure adherence to project standards.
