Job summary

Included Health is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to partner with clients on highly complex, high-visibility programs. This role leads strategy, governance design, and executive engagement across diverse environments, driving successful launches with sound judgment and cross-functional influence.

You will mentor peers, shape best practices, manage risk, and influence senior leaders and external partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SaaS implementation experience.
• 5+ years leading transformational programs or complex implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with healthcare or employee benefits ecosystem is preferred.
• Proven track record engaging senior stakeholders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic advisor to client leadership teams and external partners throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Lead readiness assessments, shape governance models, and facilitate strategic planning for complex implementations.
• Facilitate executive governance structures, including steering committees and executive briefings.
• Drive risk mitigation, escalation handling, and informed decision making with senior stakeholders.
• Develop onboarding and implementation strategies aligned with client objectives and Included Health launch goals.
• Mentor peers, shape best practices, and elevate overall team performance and implementation quality.
• Cultivate relationships with client executives, internal leaders, consultants, and external partners.
