Job summary

Applied Resource Group seeks an Implementation Consultant to guide customers through the setup, configuration, and adoption of our software solutions. You will bridge business needs with technical delivery, from discovery to go-live and post-launch support.

The role blends business analysis, project coordination, and strong customer communication, requiring collaboration with business and IT stakeholders and hands-on involvement in integrations and data mapping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, business analysis, professional services, SaaS delivery, or technical project management.
• Experience implementing enterprise or SaaS software solutions.
• Strong requirements-gathering and business-analysis skills.
• Experience working directly with external customers and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of software integrations, APIs, databases, and data migration concepts.
• Experience with implementation methodologies including discovery, configuration, testing/UAT, training, deployment, and go-live.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer implementations and competing priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff through go-live and transition to ongoing support.
• Capture and document customer requirements and translate them into configurations.
• Develop implementation plans with milestones and timelines.
• Coordinate activities across customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and drive them to resolution.
• Support data migration, system configuration, integrations, and validation.
• Coordinate and support UAT and testing activities.
• Manage go-live readiness and post-implementation support.
• Deliver customer training and demonstrations.
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly to all audiences.
