Job summary

Harri US is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead onboarding and transformation of enterprise hospitality clients. You will serve as a trusted consultant, driving software implementations from kickoff to go-live and ensuring customer success.

The role requires 5+ years in client-facing SaaS PM, strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a global environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing software implementation PM role at a SaaS company or consulting firm.
• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels.
• Ability to scope requirements, identify tasks and estimate effort.
• Ability to translate technical decisions to business stakeholders and development teams.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in cross-functional, globally distributed teams (international experience desired).
• Experience with Workforce Management, Payroll, or HRIS systems preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, backlogs and timelines independently.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers from start to go-live.
• Manage the project plans, timelines, and risks; report status to stakeholders.
• Gather requirements with business teams to configure the product.
• Coordinate customer and internal resources to hit milestones.
• Communicate project status, issues and resolutions clearly.
• Act as user advocate within cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
