Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS Parts America is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner, Recruiting to guide talent acquisition at our U.S. headquarters.

You will partner with managers to craft recruiting strategies and lead end-to-end processes for IT, engineering, and analytics roles. The role requires 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting, strong interviewing skills, and familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems, as well as knowledge of I-9 and other employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 4–6 years full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and entering new hire data.
• Familiarity with employment laws including I-9 compliance.
• Experience recruiting for IT, engineering or data analytics.
• Proficiency with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong interviewing skills and guiding hiring teams.
• Hiring compliance knowledge and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to build overall recruiting strategy.
• Design and implement innovative recruiting and social media strategies.
• Stay active with job boards and networks to source talent.
• Determine qualifications via interviews, references, and screening.
• Manage intake meetings and define candidate needs for each role.
• Identify appropriate candidates and coordinate interviews.
