Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to drive performance and continuous improvement.
• Own full lifecycle recruiting operations from requisition to onboarding.
• Design, build, and optimize recruiting processes, workflows, and SOPs for efficiency.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure data integrity, dashboards, and reporting across recruiting metrics.
