You will oversee plan administration, ensure compliance, and act as a backup for bi-weekly payroll while managing HRIS and Time/Attendance systems to drive payroll accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of payroll experience.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience with 401(k) plan administration and payroll compliance.
• Experience with HRIS, time/attendance, and payroll systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer 401(k) plan operations and compliance.
• Back up bi-weekly payroll and coordinate expatriate payroll.
• Manage HRIS and Time/Attendance data and reporting.
• Collaborate with vendors (ADP, Fidelity) and leadership on benefits strategy.
• Prepare and analyze payroll-related reports.
