You will manage full-cycle recruitment, develop strategies with hiring managers, and build a strong pipeline of candidates using ATS, job fairs, and online sourcing.

The role emphasizes collaboration with department heads, candidate experience, and process optimization, with onsite responsibilities and some travel to related sites and events.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain candidate hiring status within an applicant tracking system.
• Screen, select, and submit candidates to hiring managers.
• Attend interviews with hiring managers to evaluate candidate fit.
• Promote company brand as an employer of choice.
• Consult with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategy plans.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure pipeline.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new recruitment tools.
• Plan and represent the company at job fairs and events.
• Coordinate new hire processes from offer to first day orientation.
• Assist with temp to hire processes for production staffing needs.
• Recommend and implement hiring process adjustments to increase efficiency.
