Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field required.
• 4 to 7 years of Recruitment/Placement Specialist experience required.
• PHR or SHRM Certification preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills, reasoning ability, and good math skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the process for internal and external recruiting and approvals.
• Post positions within 36 hours of final approvals and manage postings.
• Handle I-9 records, visas/immigration, and related employment documents.
• Coordinate visa processes with attorneys and affected employees.
• Perform pre-screen interviews and review resumes for hiring managers.
• Maintain weekly hiring and terminations reports and organizational charts.
