Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to drive performance.
• Act as a player-coach, providing hands-on recruitment support when needed for critical roles.
• Establish clear performance expectations, metrics, and development plans for team members.
• Design, build, and continually improve recruiting processes and SOPs for efficiency.
• Own end-to-end ATS implementation, configuration, and optimization.
