Hyundai MOBIS Parts America is seeking a Sr. HRBP, Recruiting to lead end-to-end recruitment at our Headquarters facility.

This role supports hiring for multiple functions, manages the sourcing process, coordinates with managers, and ensures compliance and documentation, including I-9/visa processes. The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of recruitment experience, holds a Bachelor’s degree, and may have PHR/SHRM certification.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of Recruitment/Placement Specialist experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• PHR or SHRM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external recruiting; ensure approvals, updated job descriptions, and salary recommendations.
• Post positions within 36 hours of approvals; advise on postings and plan for multi postings.
• Adhere to recruiting budget and obtain proper approvals for advertising.
