Job summary

Paycom Software Inc. is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage screening, movement, and disposition of a mixed active/passive candidate pipeline at our Ft Worth/Irving, TX office. You will handle high-volume recruiting across Paycom departments, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from end-to-end.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and CareerBuilder, along with strong communication and data-driven collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience in screening, recruiting, or talent acquisition or leadership exposure.
• Ability to operate in high-volume, fast-paced environments under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Follow defined processes around screening, movement and dispositioning of an 80/20 active vs passive applicant pipeline.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality with candidates throughout the hiring process and afterwards.
• Communicate effectively with all individuals in the hiring process as instructed by the Team Lead and support senior recruiters.
• Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity while sharing data-centric updates with internal stakeholders.
• Daily use of internal ATS, job boards and tools to find active candidates (LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc.).
• Follow end-to-end recruitment process for hiring across Paycom departments, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Under leadership, partner with recruiting leaders to understand hiring needs and execute a custom strategy.
• Help recruiting team meet goals and build sourcing skills with leadership support.
