Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Bonham, TX seeks a Human Resources Manager to lead the full employee lifecycle. Youll own recruiting, payroll and benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and incentive programs.

Youll partner with leaders and vendors to deliver high-quality HR services in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a hands-on HR professional with strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across state lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience with hands-on recruiting, payroll/benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Experience managing full-desk recruiting and end-to-end benefits/payroll processes.
• Knowledge of FMLA, COBRA, 401(k), disability leave, workers’ compensation, and unemployment claims.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for all openings; partner with managers to define requirements and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
• Manage payroll and benefits processes including plan selection, vendor management, and administration.
