Job summary

Kinetic Personnel Group is seeking an HR Representative in Orange, CA for a 6-month, 100% onsite assignment. The role partners with hiring managers on full-cycle recruiting, offers data-driven compensation analyses, and supports a compliant, efficient hiring process.

Upon conversion to permanent status, hybrid opportunities and strong government benefits are noted. The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in HR or related field with at least 3 years HR experience including recruiting, and familiarity

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 3 years HR or related admin experience, with at least 2 years in recruiting.
Alternative education/experience combinations may be considered.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment and partner with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
Establish SLAs, define recruitment strategies, and confirm position requirements.
Screen candidates and assess qualifications and fit against job specs.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the process.
Prepare compensation analyses and present offers to HR leadership.
