This is a high‑impact leadership role with strong visibility across the organization and direct partnership with executive leadership.

What You’ll Lead

• Build and improve HR processes, policies, and infrastructure
• Serve as the internal expert on California wage & hour compliance
• Lead complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations
• Oversee workers’ compensation programs, claims, and return‑to‑work processes
• Partner with leadership to drive consistency, accountability, and operational excellence
• Ensure compliance across a multi‑state workforce environment

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership
• Deep knowledge of California labor laws and wage & hour compliance
• Strong employee relations and investigations experience
• Experience supporting high‑volume hourly workforces
• Proven ability to build or transform HR infrastructure
