MIRACORP Inc in Mesa, AZ is seeking an HR Recruiter to drive high-volume, full-cycle recruitment across multiple positions. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, and move applicants through onboarding to ensure a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in talent acquisition, strong communication skills, and familiarity with HRIS systems. This on-site role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• HR or recruitment certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus.
• Experience with HRIS and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for multiple positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and sourcing strategies.
• Create and post jobs on boards and networks.
• Source active and passive candidates using multiple methods.
• Review applications, conduct initial phone screens, and recommend interviewees.
• Coordinate interviews and gather feedback from hiring teams.
• Prepare and extend offers and coordinate start dates.
• Facilitate pre-employment checks and clearances.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking and compliance.
