Job summary

MIRACORP Inc. is hiring for a full-time HR Recruiter in Mesa, AZ. The role drives high-volume, full-cycle recruiting across multiple positions and locations, partnering with hiring managers to source qualified candidates and efficiently move applicants through hiring and onboarding.

The ideal candidate is proactive, can manage multiple requisitions, maintain strong candidate pipelines, and meet demanding hiring timelines while supporting onboarding, employee records, and HR operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, psychology or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of talent acquisition or HR experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with an HRIS system, preferably Paycom.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple positions and locations.
• Partner with hiring managers to determine requirements and sourcing priorities.
• Create and post jobs on job boards, social networks and other platforms.
• Source and engage qualified candidates using multiple methods.
• Review applications, conduct initial phone screens, and recommend interviewees.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and managers.
• Prepare and extend offers and support salary/start-date coordination.
• Facilitate pre-employment requirements like background checks and screenings.
• Build pipelines for current and future staffing needs.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain compliant records in the ATS.
• Support onboarding and ensure I-9 and other documents are completed.
