The role requires a minimum of 1 year HR experience including recruitment, an associate degree, and proficiency with ATS/HRIS and MS Office; the position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary. This on-site role may require occasional nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Education or equivalent experience in human resources or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of progressive HR experience; recruitment/staffing exposure required.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned openings.
• Post advertisements and review applicant profiles.
• Conduct phone/video screenings and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate testing and gather feedback from interviewers.
• Prepare salary recommendations and offers.
• Onboard new hires and complete onboarding paperwork.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and generate reports.
