The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY seeks a Human Resources Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for all open positions and collaborate with the HR team to fill roles quickly with qualified candidates who will become valuable CIA team members.

Responsibilities include posting ads, screening, interviewing, testing, reference checks, salary recommendations, onboarding, and maintaining accurate data in the ATS/HRIS while aligning with CIA policies and objectives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in HR.
• Minimum 1 year of progressive HR experience, with 6 months in recruitment/staffing.
• Experience with internet-based applicant tracking systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruitment for assigned openings from job description to offer.
• Post advertisements, screen applicants, conduct phone/video interviews and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate testing, obtain feedback, and prepare salary recommendations with the hiring manager.
• Handle onboarding, orientation, and data entry in HRIS.
• Prepare recruitment reports and ensure data accuracy in ATS and HRIS.
