Job summary

Doherty Enterprises in Long Island, NY, is seeking a Recruiting Intern to join our HR team. This temporary full-time role offers a hybrid schedule with remote options and in-cafe work locations, ideal for current college students or recent graduates.

You will perform administrative recruitment tasks such as sourcing, screening, and scheduling applicants, posting requisitions, and coordinating interviews. The position requires 25–40 hours per week and residence on Long Island, NY.

We are seeking candidates for a Recruiting Intern position.

Flexible schedule and work arrangement- hybrid work remote and in our cafes/restaurants. This is a great position for current college students or recent college graduates.

This position is based on Long Island NY and you must reside on Long Island NY.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

Perform administrative functions related to restaurant recruitment including but not limited to sourcing, screening and scheduling job applicants.

Assist with the following:

• Post Requisitions
• Review Job Boards and Company Applicant Tracking Platform and contact applicants.
• Source Applicants for Restaurant Management Positions.
• Conduct Pre-screens of Applicants.
• Schedule Interviews.
• Conduct administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Able to work a 25-40 hour work week

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

This is a temporary full time position-$20.00 hourly based on experience
