Ameriprise Financial is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to lead strategic HR initiatives across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, and HR Operations. This on-site role partners with HR leaders, operations, and technology teams to deliver complex projects on time and with quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
5-7 years of experience leading medium to large HR projects and system implementations.
Experience delivering HR initiatives and HR technology projects.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of strategic HR initiatives from planning to post-implementation.
Collaborate with HR leaders, Centers of Excellence, and technology teams to define scope and success metrics.
Drive multiple workstreams, manage dependencies, and address risks proactively.
Facilitate meetings, establish detailed project plans, and report status to sponsors.
Coordinate HR technology implementations and organizational readiness activities.
