Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of experience leading medium to large-scale projects and system implementations, preferably in HR/HR Technology.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional programs and driving execution across stakeholders, teams, and workstreams.
• Experience delivering HR-related projects such as process improvements, operating model changes, HR technology implementations, regulatory initiatives, or employee experience programs.
• Strong project management skills including planning, risk management, change control, and stakeholder communications.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and drive teams through ambiguity to objectives.
• Experience partnering with business leaders, technology teams, and vendors to deliver outcomes.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including exec-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of HR initiatives including planning, alignment, implementation, testing, deployment and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with HR leaders, Centers of Excellence, HR Partners, HR Operations, Technology teams and vendors to define objectives, scope and delivery plans.
• Drive multiple workstreams, manage dependencies, identify and address risks proactively.
• Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and decision forums; hold stakeholders accountable for commitments.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resources, and status reports using PM methodologies and tools.
• Oversee HR technology implementations, operating model changes, and organizational effectiveness programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of objectives and business outcomes.
• Communicate progress, risks, decisions, dependencies, and escalations to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Identify change impacts and support readiness, adoption, training and communications.
• Monitor financials, scope changes, risks, issues, and key decisions; ensure alignment with priorities.
