This role partners closely with HR leaders, Centers of Excellence, HR Operations, Technology teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver complex projects from planning through implementation, ensuring business outcomes are achieved on time and with high quality.
Successful candidates will have a proven track record leading complex HR-focused initiatives and system implementations, driving cross-functional execution, navigating ambiguity, and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
This is a highly execution-oriented role requiring a hands-on project leader who can drive workstreams, manage dependencies, remove roadblocks, and hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables.
