Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis: collect, analyze, and report HR metrics.
  • Compliance & Research: monitor laws, conduct audits to ensure adherence.
  • Compensation & Benefits Analysis: conduct salary surveys and job evaluations.
  • Advisement: advise departments on policy interpretation.
  • Training: train employees on policy and procedures.
